My name is Sophie and I am a Level 3 Pilates Institute Instructor. I came to the Pilates technique after a sports injury. It was the best thing I ever did. I have finally found something that I can pass on to others and help them achieve their goals.
I am qualified to teach Beginners to Advanced, Pregnancy and Seniors, GP Referals. One to Ones. Small equipment.
I am based in the stansted area and cover a large part of Essex and Hertfordshire. If you run a gym and are interested in having someone to run classes please get in touch.
